1 Martin Rosol Hot Dog
1 New England Style Bun
1 slice - Pepper Jack Cheese
1 scoop of either guacamole, tomalito sauce, or guacamole salsa.
pad of butter
Directions.
Boil or grille or boil and then grille the hot dog
Split cheese slice in two and insert in open New England roll
Add a strip of guac or salsa
Lightly butter outside of roll
Lay on grille for a minute or so each side, enough to toast bun and melt cheese
Add additional spoonful of salsa on top
Serve and Eat
